History:

Already in 1940 the Sørensen Ski Jump Complex inside Winter Park skiing area was constructed and since people have been very busy with the education of young ski jumpers.
But today the ski jumps there do no longer fulfil the recent standards and around 2006 plans came up for the construction of a new ski jumping facility with four plastic covered jumps up to K70 at Tunnel Hill 2 km south of the town. In a second phase even a large and normal hill ski jump could be build in order to make Winter Park a leading ski jumping center of the USA.
Meanwhile these plans have been waived.

that Winter Park had some NORDIC ski jump plans to construct or RE-construct Nordic jumps.

I am investigating adding NORDIC Ski jumps in State College, PA and getting a copy of these plans could be helpful as we move forward.
