History:

At Homewood Park, located in Deer Creek Canyon in Jefferson County, southwest of Littleton and Denver, the Eriksen family from Norway, who relocated there in 1918, operated a skiing area with two ski jumping hills, on which competitions were held regularily until end of 1930s.
