History:

In Vidsel, a village in the municipality of Älvsbyn, the first ski jumping hill with a wooden inrun was built in the 1950s. Later, probably around 1980, the ski jumping hill at the old school building was renewed. Jan Boklöv is said to have held the hill record with 21.5 meters.
