History:

In 1935, the orienteering division of Karlskoga IF split off as OK Djerf. In December 1938, the first small ski jump was built in Granbergsdal, north of Karlskoga, which allowed jumps of up to 14 meters. In 1942, however, it was dismantled in order to use the wood for the construction of the Djerfstugan club hut on Våtsjön. Instead, a new ski jumping hill was built on Lustighej hill in Rävåsen in 1944 and inaugurated in January 1945. In 1946, it was even equipped with floodlights.
At the beginning of the 1950s, ski jumping had its heyday in Karlskoga. In 1951 and 1952, major competitions with the best Swedish ski jumpers took place in front of over 2000 spectators. After that, however, interest quickly waned. In 1974, the Lustighej ski jump, next to which there was also an alpine slalom slope, was finally demolished.
