History:

The ski jump in Vincarje, 50 m in size, was built in 1935 as one of the largest in Slovenia. The most important event in its history was the "all-Sokol" competition in 1938 (with the participation of representatives of the "Sokol" sports associations operating in the Slavic countries). Famous jumpers took part in them, incl. Polish Stanisław Marusarz, Czech Rudolf Vrána or the representative of the hosts Bogo Šramel. In 1948 a smaller 25-meter hill was built nearby, named after Paulus brothers, local skiers. Its design was carried out by the famous engineer Stanko Bloudek.
