History:

Once a ski jumping facility with two jumping hills was situated directly behind the „Sports Hotel Pokljuka“. Nowadays SSK Bohinj only sets up a small snow jumping hill from time to time in snowy winters. The Pokljuka high plateau at Triglav national park is famous for the organization of Biathlon World Cups and World Championships which have been hosted there regularly since early 1990’s.
