History:

Around 60 years ago the famous ski jump constructor Stanko Bloudek planned the construction of the ski jump at Nožice. Nožice is situated near Mengeš, the hometown of World Champion Rok Benkovič. Ski jumping is very popular there with amateurs and thus ŠD Homec organized an annual competition on the ski jump of Nožice when there is enough snow.
