History:

At Jurij pri Pesnici, located in Kungota municipality near the Austrian border and Maribor, a 35 meter ski jumping hill was built in 1999 and modernized in 2008. It is not covered with plastic mattings and thus only usable during winter when there is enough snow. Traditionally a competition is organized in end of January with ski jumpers from the area competing.
