History:

At Begunje near Cerknica two ski jumping hills were built at the forest near Cerkniščica creek in winter 1955-1956. Initiators were the two students Slavko Matičič and Marjan Kralj from the association "Krokar". The ski jumping hills which allowed jumps of 27 resp. 20 meters were only used for three winters.
