History:

In 1998, a 15-metre ski jump was built in Nyazepetrovsk, mainly thanks to the enthusiasm of Nikolai Ivanovich Chebykin, with no money and no documentation. Chebykin was involved in the training of young people who practised Nordic Combined.
In 2007, another 30-metre-hill was built, but stopped functioning only ten years after the opening. The certificate granted to the ski jumping hill expired after five years, and the last mass all-Russian Nordic Combined competition was held in 2009. From 2011 onwards, the head coach was Nikolai Chebykin's alumnus Alexei Vladimirovich Kulapin, who actively promoted Nordic Combined, especially since the facility in Nyazepetrovsk was the only one in the Chelyabinsk region.
In 2020, the ski jumping hill was successfully brought back to life, it received the necessary certification again, and on 29 February demonstration jumps were presented during the "Nyazepetrovskaya versta" competition. The preparation of the facility for training and events was a very labour-intensive process, it was the coaches together with the jumpers and volunteers who carried the bags filled with snow to the top. In 2022, the installation of the igelite covering began. The cost of the contract, which includes the equipment and its installation, was 9.8 million roubles.
