History:

At the end of the 1940s, at the initiative of the local sports club, a ski jumping hill at Szczyrk-Biła was established. In the first seasons, summer jumps with a straw matting were tried on it. In 1962, the hill received plastic mattings, as the second hill in Poland (after the facility in Warsaw). At that time, even National Team jumpers were trained on it. Over the years, the facility was not significantly enlarged, so in the later period, along with the smaller hill, it was primarily intended for younger jumpers. In the last years of functioning, the ski jumps in Szczyrk-Biła hosted, among others, Lotos Cup. Finally, the ski jumping hills were demolished in 2009, when the Skalite ski jumping center was under construction.

dawidlodz

dawidlodz masz moze wyniki Pucharu Kontynentalnego z przed 2000 r.?
