History:

The ski jump at Górka Kortowska in Olsztyn was created thanks to the efforts of Franciszek Sroczyk, a well-deserved activist of academic sports club AZS Olsztyn. The ski section of AZS built a small, wooden jump in 1954. It operated for several seasons. Later on the hill, also known as Górka Sroczyka (Sroczyk Knoll), there was only a ski lift, closed in the 1980's.
