Akademia Lotnika ("The Flyer Academy") is a project of the Polish Ski Association and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, aimed at promoting ski jumping among young people in large Polish cities. In the autumn of 2024, a series of all-day events took place, during which everyone could try their hand at a mobile ski jump, integrated with a small truck. In addition to the ski jump itself, the event zone included stations where various exercises related to preparing for the jump were performed. As part of Akademia Lotnika, those interested could meet Adam Małysz and Jakub Kot, who is in charge of the project, on site. Special guests included Alexander Stöckl (in Warsaw), Thomas Thurnbichler (in Krakow) and Martin Schmitt (in Wisła).
