History:

The 60-meter-hill at Bårderudskollen was built in the late 1930's. It had a high importance for the ski jumping sport in the Grue IL sports club and became an attraction for talents in the region; even despite the fact its profile was not completely correct. Due to that, drafts for a rebuilding were made in 1949. However, the necessary money was not available. So, it took until 1958 until the works began and these were not finished before 1967. There was a public road, which also got enlarged, leading through the outrun and so the time for the ski jump was over.
It was a similar case for the smaller ski jump, which was located at the same hill. There are a few more remainings left of it, but it also had an inaccurate profile.
