History:

Kokkerudbakken was built before World War II and was allegedly also used by the famous Ruud brothers. Its first inrun tower was built by local volunteers. At the end of the 1950's, a floodlight system, which was sponsored, was installed.
In 1960, Bærums SK took over the operation of the ski jump, built a new inrun tower and excavated in the knoll area. From then on, the hill allowed jumps up to 30 meters, which made it very popular for the nearby Høvik school. In addition to that, there was another smaller hill, which also did not survive the 1980's.
