History:

At Asker, a city with 50,000 inhabitants with large suburban comunities, there have been ski jumping activities already since 1889 on several hills.
In 1915 the ski jumps of Solvangbakken were constructed and numerous “Solvangrennet” were hosted there until 1994. The two inrun towers were standing until 2005 when they were torn down. Further ski jumps stood at Askeladden and Holmen, where jumpers a still active today.
