History:

In the 1980s, ski jumping in Siglufjörður moved from Stóri-Boli and Hvanneyrarskál to a different location - to the new ski jump near the Hóll sports center and the Skútudalur valley. The facility was located on the north-eastern slope of the Hólshyrna Mountain and had artificial lighting and a lift.
