History:

The last competition, the Hungarian senior championships, took place in 1989. There Reichl jumped farest with 79 m. After that the ski jump was closed in the early 1990’s, because the ski jump was not only posed a threat to jumpers, but also to interested people that wanted to climb the hill. Nowadays not many people remember ski jumping history in Mátraháza.

Where is the blue signal is the wrong place, the real Mátraháza ski jump is afore the ski centre. This is between Kékestető and Mátraháza.
