History:

The skiers of the SG Tobertitz had built in the years 1957/58 in voluntary work the “Goldbachtalschanze” at Goldbachtal, on which jumps up to 20 metres were possible at that time. Many competitions took place on the facility, because of the support of the surrounding villages like Rodersdorf and Rößnitz.
In 1970 the “Goldbachtalschanze” was converted and enlarged a little bit and covered with plastic mattings, and so also competitions in summer could be hosted. Unfortunately the jump is now destroyed, because it is no more needed and very much dilapidated.
