At Thum in Erz Mountains from 1947 to ’49 the "Oskar-Einenkel-Schanze" was constructed and named after the big farmer, on whose estate it was set up. On this wooden ski hill people jumped nearly 30 meters, before ski jumping activities were stopped in early 1970’s.
