History:

The ski club called “Christiana” was founded on February 24, 1929, and also took up the cause of the famous Swiss ski club to introduce ski jumping in Beierfeld and make it accesable for a broad public. The target of the ski club located in the lower village of Beierfeld was not to perform sports records and consequently the small ski jumping hill with wooden inrun structure and take-off was set up. The hill was named after the owner of the property where it was located. Beside normal training rounds of local skiers there were a few camaraderie competitions in 1930's with guest jumpers from surrounding clubs participating.
After 1945 the hill was dilapidated, but later reconstructed in a smaller fashion and finally deconstructed again in 1960's. In 1970 the area was for private housing.
