History:

On 1952-01-27 at Adelsberg near Chemnitz the Adelsbergschanze, which was also called “Schanze der Jugend”, was inaugurated by Artur Schierz from Chemnitz. In end 1960’s the 20 meter hill, which had a wooden inrun construction, was given up. Already before another ski jumping hill had been standing at the same place.
