History:

At the end of the 1950s, on the initiative of ski jumpers from Semily, a ski jump was built near the Jizera river opposite the hospital. However, the original wooden inrun tower was destroyed by a storm in 1967. Already in the following year, a new ski jump was built, which could be opened in 1969. The first jump was made by J. Mucha, who, together with M. Liška, also pushed the construction.
Next to this ski jump (P41, K52) a smaller one (P18, K26) was later built. It was last jumped on in the early 1980s, but then the facility fell into disrepair. In the 70s and 80s, many good jumpers were trained there under the direction of M. Stuchlík and J. Mazánek. Today there is a golf course at the foot of the ski jump.
