The first ski jump in the forest of Jesenný was built in 1930, in the area called Mánsko or Bohňouska. The inauguration of this ski jumping hill in front of a great audience took place in 1931. Two, respectively three years later, larger competition (Sokol) were held. The longest jumps were around 50 meters. From 1936, the ski jump gradually degenerated.
In 1953, the ski jump was completely rebuilt. Unfortunately, this natural hill only lasted for a very few seasons.
In 1976 and 1977 the final renovation took place. Especially M. Chlum was an activist for two new hills (K20 and K40), which were constructed according to Josef Zita's design. It turned out to be a beautiful looking facility, including a judge tower for each ski jump. Having this base, some hopeful jumpers came up in Jesenný. Competitions took place every year, especially local kids were jumping there.
The final competition was held in 1983, afterwards the hills were only used for training. The hill record on the smaller one were 21 meters, the record on the larger 45 meters.
