History:

Ski jump on Connaught Hill at Prince George in British Columbia was built in 1930. On February 1, 1931 the first ski jumping competition with artificial illumination in North America shall have taken place there. This 30 meter jump was even host of the Canadian Olympic trials. Each year it hosted several ski jumping events. Unfortunately inrun tower wasn't maintened enough and construction collapsed on October 26th, 1938. Discussions about its reconstruction was held until 1950s but finally hill never got its rebuilding.
Another ski jump was situated at Cranbrook Hill in 1930’s.

This would make a great tourist attraction to reconstruct. just for viewing .
