In the face of the first Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck 2012 the exsiting K90 ski jump of Seefeld in Tyrol was replaced by a HS 108 / HS 75 double hill.
In spring 2010 the former Toni-Seelos-Olympiaschanze HS 100, which had been previously modernized in 2003, was torn down in order to make room for the new-construction. Over the year 2010 two new winter-only ski jumps HS 108 and HS 75 were set up at Casino-Arena. These are part of the Nordic Center Seefeld, which also includes cross-country and biathlon tracks and facilities and costed 4.4m Euro, and will be host facilities for the Youth Olympic Games 2012. Additionally the hills shall be used for winter training of Stams ski boarding school pupils.
First jumps on the two new hills could not be performed yet due to recent snow conditions. Nevertheless the official inauguration was held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. From December 16 to 18 the Alps Cup will be hosted there (SJ & NC) and on January 15 and 16, 2011 the traditional World Cup of Nordic Combined will be organized.
