History:

The Vörå IF was only founded in 1937, but already in 1933 the first larger ski jumping hill at Vöyri/Vörå (both ways of spelling possible) was standing, on which in 1930’s competitions were held with large amounts of spectators. Nowadays these ski jumping hill do no longer belong to the important ones, but they are still used by the ski club and for competitions.
